Alan A Jobling and Craig Rowell shared top spot for week 3 with 13 points. Both Jobling and Rowell predicted 3 correct scores and 4 correct outcomes to move up to 11th and 9th respectively.

Mark Miller finished this weekend in 2nd with 12 points, 3 correct scores and 3 correct outcomes ensures Miller remains on top for another week. 7 players tied for 3rd place for week 3 as Tim Simpson, Jonny Halliday, Bert Chilvers, Maris Floricel, Barry Beck, Ian Holley and Simon Bowden all scored 11 points.

Mark Miller extends his lead at the top to 4 points ahead of Elliot Crosby in 2nd. Maris Floricel moves up to 3rd, with Phillip Clayton in 4th. Ben Burnip climbs up 3 places to 5th.

Another big scoring weekend in the Bezza League as Paul Rochester bagged 14 points to move up to a tie of 9th place in the early stages of the season. 3 correct scores and 5 correct outcomes makes sure of the weekly win for week 2.

6 players tied for 2nd place this weekend…Rory Kirk, Ian Rogerson, Govind Pannu, Harris Khan, Mark Miller and Maria Floricel all scored 13 points. 6 players also tied for 3rd place with Rob Bosher, Ricky Froldi, Carl Glover, Alex Hamilton, Elliot Crosby and Ben Burnip notching 11 points.

Bezza League veteran Mark Miller takes over at the top of the league table, 1 point ahead of Elliot Crosby in 2nd. Phillip Clayton drops to 3rd, a further point back. Carl Glover and Govind Pannu make up the top 5 in 4th and 5th respectively.

Khan Cruises To Bezza League Glory

Harris Khan is the new Bezza League champion! Khan wins his first piece of Bezza League silverware after years of trying and coming so close. He had previously been runner up twice and 3rd twice earlier in his Bezza League career but just couldn’t get over the line. This time around he cruised to the title, with a 13 point winning margin over Kev Purves in 2nd, finishing the season off in style with 10 points on the final day. Its the 9th time in 12 seasons that Khan has finished inside the top 10.

Since taking over at the top on week 31, Khan never really looked like he was going to give that place up. Kev Purves, Craig Robinson, Carl Collier, Greg Pullinger and Chris Gill have all tried over the last few weeks of the season but couldn’t quite get close enough. 

3 people share top spot on the final day as Rachel Hay, Aaron Carr and Paul Simpson all scored 11 points, with all 3 making it into Bezza Europe for next season. 

With Harris Khan taking the title, Kev Purves finishes the season in 2nd, repeating the 2nd place finish he had 12 years ago. Carl Collier was 3rd, 2 points behind Purves for his highest finish of his career. Greg Pullinger finishes 4th, with Mick Wilson in 5th.
