Back after the international break and we continue where we left off. 14 points the top score, this time by Graeme Golledge. 4 correct scores and 2 correct outcomes was enough for Golledge to take the win for week 6 and move up to 13th in the league table.

Maria Floricel and Carl Collier were 2nd this weekend with 13 points. Floricel predicted 4 correct scores and 1 correct outcome and moves to the top of league table. Collier predicted 3 correct scores and 4 correct outcomes to move up to 7th. Govind Pannu, Kev Illingworth and former champion Dan Stewart were 3rd with 11 points.

As mentioned above, we have a new league leader. Maria Floricel takes over a the top and holds a 2 point lead over Craig Rowell. Mark Miller drops to 3rd, a further 2 points back. Ben Burnip holds on to 4th, with Govind Pannu climbing up into 5th.

Bezza Europe Matchday 1 Results

This seasons Bezza Europe competition got underway this week with the top 32 from last season qualifying, along with the winners of the other cup competitions making it through to this years comp.

Glenn Baker, Aaron Carr and Alan A Jobling started off their European campaign on fire during the week, all scoring 17 points, the joint second highest tally in Bezza Europe history. All 3 players predicted 4 correct scores and 5 correct outcomes to take an early lead after matchday 1.

2 x Bezza Europe runner up, Dan Stewart, was second with 16 points. While Anthony Bosher and Chris Wood were 3rd on the opening week with 14 points. Stewart, Bosher and Wood all had a correct prediction of some kind in all 10 games!

Current champion Stevie Docherty starts his defence with a solid 9 points.
