The 1st leg of Bezza Europe’s last 16 ties were completed last night. The scores at the half way stage are shown below. Rachel Hay, Ian Rogerson, Chris Gill and Adam Smith were the highest scores with 7 points. Ties to complete next week with the 2nd legs on Tuesday and Wednesday (24th & 25th Feb).
Sam Hardie and Natasja Ailes were top scorers in the last 16 of the Bezzza Cup this weekend as they both scored with 12 points to book a place in the quarter final. Hardie beat Mark Johnson 12-7, while Ailes beat Philip Gray 12-9. Stephen Dowdle was the only other person to notch double figures in his 10-8 win over Lee Davison. The most correct scores were predicted in the Man City v Fulham game as 33 players predicted the 3-0 home win for City. 26 players scored max points for Newcastle’s 2-1 win away at Tottenham.
